RHINO Hardwood Composite pallets are manufactured from high-quality densified plywood. These pallets for concrete blocks, also known as production pallets for concrete pavers, are single solid pieces, with no joints or gaps whatsoever.

Pallets for Concrete Block Machine

RHINO manufactures concrete block machine pallets using high-quality densified hardwood.

We source FSC-certified hardwood to ensure we produce all concrete block machine pallets from sustainable forests.

We treat the hardwood with waterproof resin and hydraulically press it under high pressure and temperature to create extremely durable pallets for concrete block machines. We manufacture these pallets, also known as production boards, as single solid pieces with no joints or gaps.

We reinforce RHINO concrete block machine pallets with dual steel mesh, which increases the durability and strength of these production boards.

Concrete Block Machine Pallets

RHINO concrete block machine pallets feature a unique design that structures hardwood fibres as reinforcing elements. This structure delivers extreme strength and durability that can far outlast many other materials.

We eliminate the problems caused by concrete block pallets made from materials like softwood, pinewood, and plastic PVC through our manufacturing process.

We achieve this advancement by using scientific design and advanced manufacturing processes to produce RHINO hardwood concrete block machine pallets.

We overcome the issues of rust and heavy weight from steel pallets and the pollution caused by PVC pallets by using sturdy hardwood in RHINO pallets.

We optimize vibration transmission to green concrete with a highly densified structure, which reduces cycle time and increases production.
